87GT
My defrost barely works anymore. Driving yesterday in the rain the window defogged a little bit but not all the way. If there is snow on it I bet it wouldn't melt at all. How do you replace this? Replace the whole window or what? 94 saturn
AJ
you can use 0000 steel wool and turn the defroster on then rub it on the back glass and it will weld its self between the bad spots and fix the window.
87GT
If I use a volt meter on the metal lines can I test it some how? What voltage should I look for?

Boost-n-Juice
they make a repair kit for this as well. It's like liquid metal
AJ
they make a repair kit for this as well. It's like liquid metal if its the two part stuff some of them are crap. glass companys have the best stuff to do it.
verse
Is it intermittently working or just not working very well? A test light would be the best to look for B+. If it's an intermittent thing, could be the chime module. I think I replace Brittney's b/c her defroster wasn't working.
87GT
There is 3 lines in it that don't work at all. The rest of the lines work but are not working enough to completely remove everything. I guess it is just a bad connection in them. I will try that steel wool trick.
