Meaning...he can sue the state of Ohio under certain circumstances (not sure if Texas has a similar statute) If victorious, he could get monetary damages here. If i get bored, i'll look and see if anyone has done so, and how much they've gotten He would have to prove that he was convicted and that there was not proof beyond a reasonable doubt, though ...it's a defense for the state of Ohio - can't blame him if it really looked like he was guilty So, the guy in texas would probably still be fucked.
