My supposed bible thumping neighbors have left their whole nativity scene from xmas layed over and scattered on their half of the yard since before xmas. Not to mention all the other crap, toys, trash, etc laying around the front, side and backyard. The first time I remember late at night, I'm doing something with it all. Just haven't decided what yet. On even another note, does anyone have some good ideas to legally get someone to move or maybe something that's not harmful and I wouldn't get caught for it.
