blue98ls1 Posted March 18, 2008 Report Share Posted March 18, 2008 I have a 1988 XT6, It is FWD. And it is an Automatic. It has aprx 140k miles I believe. It is Silver in color. It has a decent amount of rust. Interior in not in too bad of shape, no rips in the seats, just a little wear, it has cloth seats. It would make someone a great work car or project car. I've been told they get excellent gas milage. I bought it as an easy fix project car, but my heart is with the SVX and not the xt6. To the best of my knowledge all it needs to be drivable is a muffler, and a brake line replaced. Due to it sitting for a while the battery needs charged/jumped before starting. It starts and runs good though with a jump and I haven't noticed any leaks. But because I have not had this car on the highway I cannot guantee that is 100% all it needs. Thats just what I was told it needs. It should also have the tires replaced, however they look like they will get you a few hundred miles at least. Its a very cool looking little car and deserves to be fixed up. I am asking $650 Or best offer.
