raptor_69_311
Not to be an :asshole: but that was the same as a letter saying "You have been suspended". Yes, but I didn't recieve a letter for my most recent suspension. I appeared in the Marysville Court last year. Grigsby was my judge. At your first appearance, you will be asked to plead. If you plead not guilty, he will ask you if you have representation. At this point, do not ask for a public defender. You will be a number in a long line of cases. Grigsby will not ask you any other questions. He will set a date for trial or sentence you if you plead guilty. As was said earlier, look good! Wear a suit, shave, and be on time. The courtroom will be full of "Union County's Most Wanted." There is no excuse to look like them. Thats the same judge i'm going to have, i've heard that his an :asshole: Thanks for the heads up. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Ok, bye. Law's ignorance is no excuse. Innocent until proven guilty, not stereotyped to be a criminal.
