Speaking from personally experience; no. no. I almost lost an EZ up to a flash storm, and have driven in the rain many times. I live in West Chester haha, well I guess Liberty Township now (moved a few months ago) PS, yes they will run in the rain, even hard rain. Mid Ohio has amazing drainage.
