schmuckingham
Seriously what is the deal here, i tried for hours to get me -8 line over the -8 fitting and no such luck. Do i have to do a ran dance and cup my right nut to get these things on or might i just need to get the sand out of my va jay jay. Is there something i am doing wrong or maybe some type of lube i need? And yes i said lube

schmuckingham
Yea Aeroquips assembly lube doesnt do anything but make a mess. Tried hot water, hair dryer and even lithium grease and these fcukers only go 3/4 the wya on the fitting and stop.
RUTAN TA1647545492
I have used brake clean to put those together because it evaporates quickly.
resurection
I HATE Aeroquip fittings and line. They Suck! Russell or Earls are the best. The Aeroquips never fit and the line always frays. I use silicone spray to assemble my AN lines.
