BDHG940 Posted June 2, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 2, 2008 no Im talking complete motor, its a single turbo setup on the car and had cooling issues before. I had to do studs and head gaskets and now it seems to be doing the same thing again. if it does it again I think I might have a block or head issue. mrtbolt64 Posted June 2, 2008 Report Share Posted June 2, 2008 At what point do you have the cooling fans come on? If you have the fans set to come on before the opening point of the t-stat then the radiator and cooling fans are actually working against eash other. A minumum requirement will atleast need to be 2500 cfm, if you have a 180 stat, have the fans come on at 195 and off at 183. Also have you made sure there is no air in the system?
