I'm doing my best to fly solo on this one as I've got a certin guy at work that wants me to fail and don't want me in oncall rotation. thats cool if he wants to be a ass again about it he can keep his oncall because I really like my sleep and since I make the same eather way fuck it ya know. Buck531 Posted June 4, 2008 Report Share Posted June 4, 2008 Last time I was on call I put in 105 hours in a week. Salary FTL on that note. Our rotation is about every 10 weeks. and now since we're so busy lately with the last conversion we did, if you're the backup, you don't have a life. So every 9 weeks or so out of the year you have no life. Can't leave the house, if you do, you carry a wireless card that you have to use if you get a page. Kinda sucks but oh well. It's a job.
