They need to start putting these drunk drivers away for a long time. 1st offence if no one gets hurt a big fine and 60 hours in jail. 2nd offence if no one gets hurt 1 year prison. If they kill someone gone for life. That way maybe it will make some people think before they drink and drive. This guy needs to be put away for life or the death sentience. There was a motorcycle accident last night where I live in st.clairsville oh by wheeling wv and one of my close good buddies died in the accident. no booze or drug related, just speaking of him b/c of how sad it is for ppl to die of things you just think they shouldn't be going out on.
