Kevin R.
If just a rolling chassis why not 94-04? Just curious.
Mensan
If just a rolling chassis why not 94-04? Just curious. K-Member is different. He wants a mod motor car apparently. (But that also means no V-6 cars?)
WideOpenThrottle
Mensan that's exactly right. It's for a friend of mine, his son just totaled their 96 GT that only had 45K on the motor and wants a body for the motor now. Just seeing what's out there for them
Guest Hal
K-members are damn cheap for these cars. Stock k-members can be hard to find, but, they are cheap. A nice UPR would only cost $320 + shipping.

martindc1
Somewhere on the net it is documented as to how to put a stock modular k-member in a fox. I think modularfox.com

Just seeing what's out there for them don't build a car around the motor from a '96 GT. as far as mustangs go, '96-98 4.6 liter V-8's are the weakest mustangs since 1984. seriously, a brand new V-6 mustang would be a great race for a '96-98 mustang GT. i guess if you're doing it for a 16 year old kid, and want to keep him out of too much trouble, that might be a good idea
