12oclocker Posted January 2, 2009 Report Share Posted January 2, 2009 Honda sells an optional Fan kit for the Radiator, I got the fan kit for a bit over $200, kinda high priced, but cheaper than a new engine since I'll be in the parking lot most of the time anyway, here's some pics of the fan install, if you've ever notice the extra tabs on an 'X' model's radiator, this is what there for, if you have an R model, you can probably get a radiator right side from and X model, but you'll have to run you own power lines, only the X model has the extra connector just sitting there waiting to be connected to the fan, the temp sensor mounts in the bottom of the radiator.I had to cut my connection works radiator brace to install the fan, but it was worth it.
