Scotty2Hotty
Anyone here an expert? I've been told a new valve body or something of the sort, fixes the dodge tranny failure. Am I hearing fact or fiction?
Guest Removed
valve body may be the issue. but has it hurt the rest of the trans?
Low Impedance
from everything i have experienced with dodge automatic transmissions. They are crap. Less the 04+ diesel transmissions. Something will find away to spew fluids or spin clutches. A shift kit can band-aid the clutch disk problem, especially with more line pressure
Scotty2Hotty
valve body may be the issue. but has it hurt the rest of the trans? Nothing is actually wrong (yet.....) I was going to try to nip it in the butt before anything actually did happen. A suspension lift is in the works, that's one major reason, and I'll be using it to tow shortly. Dave1647545494
the servos crack and stick they run low factory line pressure and the stock clutches and steels are junk if your going to beat on it much I'd go for a full performance rebuild
