ohmr95b Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 I bought my 2007 Mustang GT used from Dick Masheter, and I was wondering if there was a good way to tell what mods had been done to it, if any. According to the salesman, the first owner was a "car guy" and I've noticed that the car does sound better than stock. I also think there may be internal mods because it came with side and rear louvres, Roush full stripes and hood scoop, side scoops, CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler, aluminum fuel door, and a honeycomb deck lid. I know if I had put that much money into appearance mods, I would drop some into internal mods too. Sorry for such a noob question, I basically know jack about cars and am just now learning. Scotty2Hotty Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 I'd say it probably has atleast a cold air intake and an axle back exhaust. That seems to be the norm on the new S197 body mustangs. Do a set of headers, X-pipe and get it tuned. You'd be suprised, they'll belt out a little over 300RWHP with those mods.
