Guest tbutera2112
winter in ohio = road salt....no way i would wipe that pad around on a car covered with salt....talk about scratches....thats appears to be the same thing as any quick detail product.... if theres no much dirt and stuff i usually stick to turtle wax ice quick detail....but ide try that stuff out, just not on a really dirty car (unless it wasnt mine lol)

AudiOn19s
There are VERY effective methods of washing cars without a HOSE...and using very little water. Search for Optimum No Rinse or a product from Protectall called Quick and Easy wash. Both methods use 2 buckets of water combined with their product and I strongly recommend using a spray bottle to mist the area to be washed lightly first. HOWEVER, I've yet to see any of the water free methods that don't make a marred up mess out of the paint in the pricess

Mark1647545493
I've been using Dri Wash and Guard for over 10 years now. Works great. Even with the salty Ohio winters on a black car it made the ol ladies Tracker look like brand new. Spray it on and wipe it off. The only bitch I had about it was it's like $40 for a 32oz bottle. http://waterless-wash.com/

Kevin R.
People use waterless car wash all the time with flawless results. The only thing being, this is not a project for people who "just wash" their cars. Most use two buckets and very very proper washing techniques which leaves no swirling or marring AT ALL. I could go further into it but search on somewhere like www.autopia.org . One of the more popular brands is Optimum. http://www.optimumcarcare.com/norinse.html
