Bought it for a house and decided to move and was able to get central Air. The unit was used every night from July 4th - till August 15th. So alittle over a month old. I still have the warranty card and reciept when i bought it. I paid $169.99 before tax. So my loss your gain. Unit comes in Box and everything that came with it when it was newely opened. Does include a remote. I am selling this for $100.
