Stay on it though. The hardest part of losing a significant amount of weight is the transition from a weight loss plan to another diet/excercise plan that maintains your weight.

Well, I've actually been in that mode for about 2 months now. I lost the weight from April to September. Since Labor Day I've lost maybe 3-5 more pounds, if that. I'm still going to the gym, but not as much, and eating a bit more of what I like, and I've been able to maintain my weight. So I think I've found that "groove" with the diet/exercise thing. I just have to keep it up... :nod:
