It seems that the US supreme court shot down the injunction to stop the election, but Obama must respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December first. From What I understand, he must have a substantive response. No more snopes or fact check for B.O.

 

In other words the US supreme court did not throw the case out.

That's simple.

No not that simple. The case is much deeper than that. There are a couple of other issue at hand. For just one example, by registering in school in Indonesia as Berry S. and taking the name of his step father he then became a citizen of Indonesia giving up his US citizenship.
