ZR1 Baseline pulls, and photos!

Customer stopped by the shop on Friday to show us his new purchase, and get some baseline pulls before modding the car!

We all checked out the car, and it looks great! We also showed him the little exhaust bypass trick, and opened up the muffler system, overall I was impressed with the sounds and performance.

Here is some photos

He already got the wheels powder coated black for those that noticed! (albeit the car is a little dirty, it gets driven :) )

Here is the dyno chart! Bone stock!

Our dyno tends to read a little low, but its not far off. I was amazed how rich the air fuel ratio was, at wot it averaged around 10.6-10.8. We tried to tune the car, but HP tuners did not have file support just yet, they are going to get that done for us.

Then plans are

George from Kooks sent us some Kooks long tubes, and off road pipe

Lou sent in a B&B fusion exhaust as well!

IPS custom tune

Cheers

i'd like to see how much you can improve upon a zr1.... i cant immagine what kind of numbers it could putdown

much more and itd be too much car for what it was designed to do... You have to realize that this isnt a Z06 thats built up, its a C6R thats toned down. It was built to beat up on anything you could come across short of a true LeMans car... as tested, you saw what it did to the almighty new GTR...
