After my build is done it will be getting wrapped in black........ with a turbo blanket. Black blanket http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m232/bikewiz/mustang/63.jpg Black Exhaust wrap. http://www.thermalsound.com/prodimages/small/prowrapspecial.jpg /End thread. AJ
do not wrap headers. the effect of the corrosive exhaust "gasses", not the heat will shorten the life span of the headers and there are no performance gains to be had that would be measurable. http://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36299&highlight=exhaust+wrap

GSXRAntwon
Jegs VHT works well, apply 2 coats one light and one medium-heavy then bake 3 cycles. Very cost effective, make sure you use black it will dissapate heat the best.
