Mike_Shepard
Okay I never thought I'd be making this post but I am seriously entertaining the Idea of selling my car, It's an 89 2.2 common block car that in my opinion will be a bad --- car when complete. The car is daytona blue with good paint and about 100K miles, And less than 15K on the block, and ZERO miles on the top end. There is a small dent on the left lower rear 1/4 panel but is not that bad really. I bought this car from a member here Mo'parts he built the block and is very strong. I've done a ton of things to the top end and list them below. I have not drove the car in 2 years and think because of this it is easy for me to want to sell it. I am asking $4800.00 for it and it needs very little to run. Fuel rail issues which i plan to resolve before the sale. IT will also need to have the intercooler and plumming ran I have both but no time or money to do so. Listed below are the things that I have do to it in the 3 years I've owned it. I took some pics of the car but I forgot the camera at home and I dont have internet at this time. I do however have a couple in my cell phone and can picture text the 2 to whom ever my number is 614-432-2104 Brakes Stainless steele brake lines all around New rotors all around New pads New Wilwood brake fluid New Calipers all around Interior Autometer Ultra lite II gauges 2 1/16 Volts (not installed) Air/Fuel Pyrometer Boost/Vac 30/30 3 aftermarket 1 1/2 gauges installed in cluster oil pressure volt temp Transmission Rereman trans from fwd built A555 TU Dual preformance plus ceramic clutch installed same time as the shortblock, and has chromoly plate. MrMeanGreen
Jones had one back in the day, that thing was fast as fuck. No, it wasn't. Thanks to it, I got pulled over after being clocked at 132mph on 161. Thanks to my car and the cop liking it, I got out of the ticket. Stupid Daytona thing. Mike_Shepard
I have built this in hopes for 300hp and i wanted to at least get a 13.9 out of it and still be a very reliable car
