Twistedrx7 Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 Anyone had any problems transfering mail in prescriptions from express scripts to caremark? We currently transfered benefits from my work to hers, and with that comes a lot of differences. When we talked to them on the phone, they said they will not call express scripts to get the remaining 60 days of a 90 day script. When asked why they said it was because they are their competitor? WTF? They recommended getting a new script from the doctor. Yet, doing this would require even more money since it is the begining of the year and paying for the deductible. It just very fishy to me and somewhat not legal. Any ideas besides calling back and bitching?
