Guest Removed
why would you take the trans out for the front c/v shaft? not even close to being in the same area! or are you taking about the drive shaft that drives the front diff? Guest Removed
* Raise the vehicle. Support with suitable safety stands. 1. Skid plate (if equipped). 2. Stabilizer bar components, as follows. o Left drive axle removal: o Left stabilizer bar clamp. o Left stabilizer bar bolt, spacer, and bushings at the lower control arm. o Left inner tie rod end from steering relay rod. o Right drive axle removal: o Right stabilizer bar clamp. o Right stabilizer bar bolt, spacer, and bushings at the lower control arm. o Right inner tie rod end from steering relay rod. this is for this axle! http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y196/gearhead559/Shop%20stuff/cvchevytruck.gif
