TheBussman1647545507 Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 try this spin off of meatloaf...its easy. 1lb ground beef 1 cup milk 1 cup crushed saltine 1/2 medium white onion, chopped 1-2 small cans of sliced mushrooms mix all that together, put in meatloaf pan, bake 45 min at 350 then take out, spread 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over top, bake another 35 minutes. thank me later made this today, was pretty good, Thanks!
