I hope like hell I see whoever their RM is sending the dude home for the day... And as stable as that stuff might be, they should damn well be mixing it behind cover from everyone else. Yea, they were definitely a bit negligent. I, too, saw the guy pop one off into the air. Hopefully someone 8 miles away didn't catch it with their head.
