There were quite a few laptops with battery issues and catching fire/melting. I learned about it though Dell as I have one of their laptops. Really, I don't believe it has anything to do with brand of pc. But it made me thing of the one of CR's own Apple warriors, Spaceghost. That is why I put his name as the thread title.
