Thanks for looking.That is a hell of a deal in my opinion. The place I have now has everything I could ever want Lifts, tools, Air, 220 electric Everything! However I can only be there while the owners are there and there only during the week usually from 8-5 or a lil later. Well I work during the week and cannot work on my car at night at my current space. The guy I lease from is great but I understand this going in that thats the only time I had and agreed. I totally understand and Im in an open lease however My project not gonna get done if I cant work on my car. This seems like a good place to store and work on cars considering its not in town or near houses but still has security. Im willing to split it with someone so I can have a place for my car and work on it whenever I want. So if you have any intrest let me know. Or even just wanna store your car or cars here and Ill pick up the rest of the bill.... Let me know, im going to email the guy right now with some questions. Basically just want to allow people to store cars or 'stuff' there. Didn't seem interested in the business with no customers being there...
