It is a cheap part that isnt that hard to install if you know what you are doing. I just ended up buying a new laptop. Specs: Intel Pentium M processor 1.6 GHZ 512 MB Ram 30 GB HDD Onboard Wifi CDRW/DVD-ROM Drive Ethernet Port Modem Port 14.1" LCD NEW power adapter Battery still holds a good charge You can hook the laptop up to a monitor and it will work just fine.
