I know its been a few months since I mentioned building my own custom manifolds but my first series is finnaly here!

Let me introduce to you Round II Racings B-Series t/4 RamHorn Manifold.

This manifold is made out of t304 stainless steel, the runners are schedule 10 ,and the flanges are cnc machined from 1/2 stock. The head flanges are cnc port matched and designed for maximum flow.

I only have the t/4 style as of this time, but I will soon have the t/3 available also. This manifold can come with your choice of 44mm(pictured),or 38mm wastegate flanges.I designed the wastgate to be located as close to the turbo as possible to try and acheive the best scavenging possible, and hopefully eliminate unwanted boost creep.

I also designed these manifolds to have the best block, and firewall clearence possible. It is pictured here with a Borg Warner s372 mounted onto it.

All of my manifolds are 100% purge welded with argon, thus making a stronger weld.I am also backing my manifolds with a "limited lifetime warranty" against cracking,to the original purchaser. No questions asked I will fix or replace any manifold free of charge in the unlikely event of such cracking.I am selling this manifold for 750.00+tax ,and I guarantee it to perform right along with todays industry leaders manifolds.I accept cash, check,or paypal as payment, and will ship anywhere in the U.S. free of charge. If you are interested ,send me a p.m. and I will gladly awnser any questons you may have!

what made you go with 304 instead of 321?

I used to work at phpk of Columbus ohio, there we used t304 stainless on alot of government projects,it seems to handle heat, and preassure very well! Most of the stuff we did there either went to outer space,or NASA test facilities, and ofcourse it was all t.i.g. welded!I'm just sticking with what I know AJ,never ventured into other grades of stainless!

Yeah no problem at all,we'll just need head flanges, and I stock everything else!I'm thinking about making me a custom set for my sn95 turbo car in a few weeks. Thanks for the complaments!

I just got done mocking up a d-series ramhorn t/3 with 38mm wastegate flange tonight.I plan on welding it all the way up tuesday, and I'll post pics as soon as I get it done!

I also plan on making b-series "top mounts",and cummins manifolds in the very near future!
