Tractor Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 I don't like the chain email and the way its manipulating the truth, but I also don't like the short sighted response made by the writer of that article. I'll for sure say that illegals will be covered for one reason only. No ones gonna let them sit outside the waiting room and die and no ones gonna be able to find and make them pay once they are all patched up. Now I'm all for letting people die if they can't pay (myself included), but thats just me and my realistic view of "the circle of life." sgtschulze Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 I work in a health care related field and I can tell you first hand that our industry (long term care products) is just stacked with cash from Medicare/Medicaid. I see it everyday. I haven't read the bill but it needs to be heavy on reform and light on handouts. Reform the cost structure and more businesses etc... will be able to afford plans.
