You only race on the way up. But yeah, I've been wanting to race the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb since I was kid. That and drive the Nurburgring Nordschliffe. And the transmission has been replaced with a sequential unit as well. I'm VERY interested in what tires he was running though. More and more of Pike's Peak gets paved each year. But the toughest parts are still dirt. Additionally, they don't make rally tires in those proportions, so I'm curious if those were just street tires, or grooved slicks, or if he actually did the distance on full slicks.
