LS_Sonoma
I bought a set that are made out of Stainless Steel for a LSGAWD Motor last night off Ebay. I got a damn good deal of $145 new including shipping. Here's a link to the actual product: http://www.prwonlinestore.com/stainlesssteelgmls1rollerrockerkit-0234611-1.aspx Did I screw up? These are going on my 853 casting ls1 heads. I just needed something and I couldn't even find stockers for this price. My heads are going to Leingenfelter for clean up cnc soon hopefully. Oh I got a complete set of Escalade ignition coils w/ brackets for $125 and a complete 4L65E for $135 on Ebay also.
MrMeanGreen
Looks like you may need to run valve cover spacers if removing the oil baffles on the undersides don't help. 1) I have stock ones, you shoulda asked 2) I now run the Jegs rockers, which are made by Scorpion Performance. They produce the only aftermarket rockers that bolt right on without modifications or spacers.
LS_Sonoma
I figured valve cover spacers were worst case scenario. What do you think about them being made out of Stainless Steel?
MrMeanGreen
They will be ok, the stockers are made of steel. The weak point of the stockers are the roller bearings, so make sure these are quality units. Remember, if you run spacers, you'll need longer plug wires as well.
