f4isvt
I am in need of a 4.3 motor. I would prefer a w motor but a z motor will work as well. I only need the motor.
R1Limited
Do you need the flex 7mm cam shaft or the newer 92 model?
xtremef4i
is this for the same project truck that you were putting the 454 in or is this for your daily driver? I'll trade you mine and all its add-ons for a LS-
Disclaimer
You can have the 4.3L engine from my 03 ZR2, just rolled over to 27k miles.Catch is you have to put an LS1 in its place, under 50k miles, and maintain 4WD.

f4isvt
It is official I need a new motor. Looking to buy one in the next two weeks. If anyone has one or knows of one.
f4isvt
update I found the knock it was one of the crank bearings. I stripped the block last night. It spun the bearing and found it in the pan when I removed it. So I do not need a whole motor so much as a 4.3 block z or w code. If anyone has one knows a good place to look etc I would appreciate it.
xtremef4i
Cant you just have the journal machined to clean up where the bearing spun or is the whole block trash?
f4isvt
the race on the block is grooved pretty hard. I am this far in it might as well not pinch pennys now. I am still making out on the deal traded a 500 dollar s10 that need a pcm for a blazer that so far I have 500 bucks in plus cam and lifters will make 800 bucks not bad.
