Has some minor scratches on the back, but nothing major and the screen is perfect with no scratches. Comes with a clear hard case, a few screen protector films, leather carry case and a USB charger and some headphones. Works perfect, nothing wrong with it, has about 400 (I think) songs on it and a few videos. $120 OBO... Thanks...
