Alex1647545498
I have a 2004 Suzuki XL7 that I bought the extended warrenty services for from the dealer. I could take this to a dealer and have it taken care of but I would rather give busuisness to support forum members if anyone handles this type of work. If your shop does handle warrenty work: The service company and administrator is Fidelity Warrenty Services, INC. Problem is that when I go over bumps the door ajar light come on in the dash and sometimes it even triggers the dome light like a door is open. This sounds like something simple. The other problem is with the passenger seat weight sensor. With no one and nothing in the seat, it will sense a light person in the seat sometimes and trigger the passenger airbag light and also a seat belt warning. It's very annoying since it just keeps warning you untill you put the seat belt on for the seat. Reply in thread or PM me or call me at 6145715822 if your business can do this. I'll most likely keep this thread open for a couple days to see if anyone replies then call the dealership. Thanks.

Guest tbutera2112
ask rob, he said he could handle the warranty work for my moms car, but it was through carmax, so it may be a different situation
Guest Removed
call the warranty company, and ask if a none dealer repairs are ok first. some extended warrantys are tricky, and dont cover much. And yes i can take care of it , if they give the approval.
Alex1647545498
They said as long as its a lisenced repaired shop it will be ok. You'll have to contact them to get a service order number and they will work with you on how to get you paid. I'll give you a call Rob. staywide8
Light issue is a hatch/door issue. Need to adjust striker/switch. I can do fidelity warranty, but have no desire to work on a Suzuki. Sorry.
