schmuckingham
Planning on cleaning up the engine bay in my Fox and adding an oil catch can is one of the tasks. However I am unsure on what size line to run to the can, I was thinking either -8or -10 but maybe its on the small side..... I dont know. This is a daily driver with boost (8-10lbs) if that helps. Straight from the VC's to the catch can and it wont be going back to the engine. The PCV I have a plan for as well, and no I am not getting rid of it. koolrayz
not in the past,,,,, I do have something new up my sleeve for the new engine. Here is the catch can I made, it is 18" long piece of 3.5" exhaust pipe run on a slight angle. I also fill it with extra fine stainless steel wool to filter. You can see the drain on the bottom. on the front of the engine you can see in the valley cover I tapped and put a fitting to run to the top of the catch can http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc122/koolrayz/DSC08821.jpg http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc122/koolrayz/DSC08286.jpg
