Apparently civil rights are not important enough to give us all a day off, however while in the cube of a black guy (he is from France too) I work with, was a certificate of excellence that listed a few of his accomplishments, the first thing listed, I kid you not, was "Minority," then it went on to list the others. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy and he is good at what he does, bot how is that not racist? Giving people stuff because of their race is just as racist as not giving them something based on race.
