I upgraded the hard drive to a 300 gig 7200 rpm I upgraded the memory to 4 gig ddr2 The specs are: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00 GHz 800MHz FSB + 1MB Cache Memory 4 gig ddr2 Hard Drive 300 gig (7200rpm) sata Windows Vista Home 32bit operating system (service pack 2) Wireless B/G internal Intergrated 2.0 Mega Pixel Web Cam 15.4" Widescreen WXGA Display (1280x800) DvD / RW Drive 8x Max (Burn or Play both DVD and CDs) Built-in LAn 10/100/1000 Gigabit Network Card SD Card Reader 1 HD Port 1 VGA Port 1 Firewire 1394 port 4 USB ports (1 eSata/USB Combo port) Well that about sums it up.. I would like to see 600 for it... Only problem is with it the charger cord wasnt long enough so i cut my old cord and extended the one i have... So if you chose you can buy a new cord or not... The 1525's run was from early 2008 to early jan-feb 2009, when they were discontinued. What is the service tag please ?
