On this one I layered off the car, added some more blur, darkened, and over-saturated the background, while adding a little contrast to the vehicle. Again layered off the vehicle, foreground, background, and played with some contrast and hue adjustments, plus border. Desaturated and added more motion blur to background then applyed 2 iterations of my own special curves to the car and smart sharpened lightly.
