He was right in shooting, but I'd send him back to the range before I put him back on job. i hear ya... From personal experience I can tell you with my m4 in a 'situation' I was wondering why my 30 rounds mags were not full... until after picking up my brass and seeing 3 empty mags and 89 spend rounds and one no fire.
