I am sitting on two job Reqs for one of our customers that needs some mobile web app development and Android/RIM development.

Mobile Web Architect

Short Description:

Assist with a development of mobile architecture materials within the Shared Apps CTO.

Complete Description:

**Perform the duties of a project architect by planning and defining a reference mobile architecture and assist as needed in relevant mobile projects. In addition, communicate with various organizations within Nationwide as an advocate for mobile technologies. The person to be hired should have experience defining architectures and preferably reference architectures. The person should have a technical background focused on Web Development and should have demonstrated experience in mobile technologies. In addition, a background in Java EE technologies is preferred. They should have demonstrated communication skills in both oral and written communications. **

 

Serves as expert in IT systems architecture. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a resource for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors projects schedules and costs.

Behavior Characteristics:

Eight years minimum experience in Information Technology field.

 

Required Skills:

Expert knowledge of desktop web development (3 yrs) and In-depth knowledge of project/system architect (2 yrs).

 

Highly Desired Skills:

In-depth knowledge of mobile web development (1 yr) and Java EE (3 yrs)

 

Desired Skills: In-depth knowledge of mobile application development (1 yr)

 

 

Consultant – IT App Development

Short Description:

Will develop Mobile 3.0 story cards

Complete Description:

**Need highly skilled Web Developers - HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Some experience with OOA, OOD using J2EE technologies. Experience in development on a Mobile (iPhone, Blackberry & Android) platform will be a plus.**

 

Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. Acts independently under general direction. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.

Behavior Characteristics:

Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
