Alex L.
• William Pucillo, 61, an officer with the U.S. Navy Sea Cadets from West Chester, who was injured but refused transport to the hospital. • Dorothy Roth, 80, a West Chester resident who was injured but refused transport to the hospital. smokin5s
My generation should be better. refusing transport is not always the smart move, my dad is 70, has constant mini-strokes and refuses transport when the squad comes to the house and he comes through.... refusing is going to cost him his life.
