turboking15 Posted June 12, 2010 Report Share Posted June 12, 2010 Its been a little while and things have been a bit crazy over the last couple weeks but now that things are settling back down I figured it was time for a bit of an update. We recently finished our new oven and got it running about a week ago and I love it. The new oven measures 7'x3'x3' on the inside and can go to around 500 degrees. This now means that we have the ability to start coating some of your larger parts such as exhaust components, large wheels, axles, etc. One other piece that we got in the mail yesterday was our new coating gun, we are now using a hypersmooth pony setup that has been adapted to use an external fluidizing hopper. This gun is very nice to shoot and has greatly cut down on the over spray on parts. Anyways, I have someone that dropped off some wheels for me to bring and some other parts for a few people. I will be getting with them asap and then sending you the powder list.
