Really hard to list all the little things we're looking for or not, so we'll go with that and a monthly rent up to $900/month. Preferably north of Highway 70. Must be pet friendly. I will add that my dogs are well behaved and DO NOT destroy property including the yard. If anything, Titan trims limbs that are below 2.5ft in heighth.
