Sully
On my laptop, why does the mouse move on its own at random? Every once in a while, it'll just start moving very slowly up the screen. If I need to move it with the trackpointer thing in the center of the keyboard, I have to fight it for a while and then it'll stop. I kind of got to the point that when it starts moving, I'll just let it go until it stops. Why does it do that? Is there a fix?
Littleguy
I think pressure around the thingy in the center can cause it to move, or if you type like on a normal keyboard part of your hands can easily graze over the area. The only solid solution I know of is to disable it and get a USB mouse.
hot_wire
The little push thing in the middle is constantly trying to find where "resting" is. If it experiences an even pressure over like 10 seconds, it will readjust. When the pressure is removed, its true resting position will be different than its adjusted resting position. That's what causes the pointer to creep for a little while before adjusting back.
smokin5s
replace the keyboard... the nipple mouse is bad... either that or like said above, disable that fucker.
