Otis Nice
Haha. Tilapia with your choice of seasonings on a bed of fried rice with peas. Good and good for you. EDIT: Or replace the tilapia by grilling chicken breast and marinate with a sauce consisting of italian dressing and mayo mixed. Delicious. Way better than it sounds. PS ~ You can PM me too. Otis Nice
:ninja: Trust me on the mayo. Cook the chicken in the italian dressing with a little rosemary, dash of salt and pepper, a little thyme, and once the chicken is thoroughly cooked take the chicken out of the pan and use the drippings with a little mayo until there is a spreadable consistancy, just slightly thinner than mayo. Good to go.
