Why would removing the tank motor and trans out change anything that has to do with who owns the vehicle. I am not saying your wrong, it just doesnt make sense. Maybe its a Mt. vernon thing but i had a complete talon parts car(no title) i needed to get rid of and they told me to remove those things and they took it???
