I have the apple protection plan and 2 months ago my first phone had an issue they were unable to fix so they gave me a brand new phone. It spent its whole life in a case so it looks new still. comes with box and charger. it is not jailbroken and is the same way it comes from apple. Just checked on ebay and there were about 3 going for 180 with an hour to go so I will set the price at 150 firm. I posted mine there this morning and with in an hour and a half a guy had called me and came and paid for it. In that time I had 10+ other people call and email about it. I was asking $135 on there and there was no heitation. You should be able to off load this quick. I had same phone and was shocked how quick people wanted it.
