mrblunt
My granny's cadi has a crank position sensor going bad. Before I hop into this and replace the sensor I wasn't sure if anyone knew anything that I should know. I heard from an unreliable source that the cam position sensor may need to be changed at the same time and someone else told me that the pcm needed to be reset afterwards. I know we have some GM tech's on here so I'm hoping you guys can steer me clear. Thanks in advance.
TurboRust
I just did one on an aurora which is real close to a northstar motor(crnk sensor was up above the starter) it said it may have to be relearned but mine did not, and it appears after reading that many did not have to.
