Bought this car off a customer at the shop has a blown head gasket. Needs to be replaced and I will be selling the car once complete. Crossle Posted October 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 Well I suppose the worst happened lol. The head is warped you can tell in the pictures maybe. I can see daylight under the straight edge so it is time to figure out first if the head is able to be planed, and secondly who to have do it. No, the straight edge is not resting on the open valve as it may appear, and the gape is out of spec.
